About Suzanne Larkin
Suzanne is a lifelong South Bay resident. She is a 5th generation Hermosa Beach native. Her great-great grandfather was an early circuit court judge in the area and bought his strand home in 1917. That Hermosa Beach home is still family property, owned now by Suzanne's grandmother. When selecting a Realtor it is important to find an expert who truly knows the area and market in question. Suzanne's background gives her unparalleled South Bay market expertise.
Suzanne attended local schools growing up in the South Bay and is a Mira Costa High School graduate. She also holds a degree in fashion design and production. She has been married for over 25 years to her husband, Michael, and they raised their two daughters in Hermosa Beach. Suzanne has always been an active member of this community participating in a number of organizations. Most recently being a member of the Hermosa Beach Women’s Club; a member of the Hermosa Beach Sister City Association; a member of the Hermosa Beach Historical Society; a member of the Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce; a board member for the Braille Institute Auxiliary; a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution; as well as being her block's Neighborhood Watch Block Captain.
Suzanne is an expert in the South Bay marketplace and she has received Top Sales awards from her office for her performance. Suzanne puts all of these accolades to work by always putting her clients first.

About Hayley Larkin
Hayley is also a lifelong South Bay resident. She is a 6th generation Hermosa Beach native and is Suzanne's daughter. Hayley works as Suzanne's Licensed Assistant. Since forming their professional partnership they have been growing a successful family real estate consulting business. Together they have taken their generations of local real estate knowledge and put it to work.
Hayley comes from a family that has lived in the area for over 90 years! She has attended local schools all throughout her educational career. She attended Hermosa Valley for primary school and is also a Redondo Union High School alumnus. Hayley attended El Camino College for two years while playing on their title winning women's volleyball team. She then went on to graduate Cum Laude California State University Long Beach, CSULB. Hayley has always been a community volunteer and has spent time recently as a member of such organizations as the Hermosa Beach Neighborhood Watch; the Kenny Nicholson Memorial Foundation for Homeless Veterans and Children; and is a member of the Leadership Hermosa Class of 2011.
Hayley came to SandCastles after working as a Project Manager for a retail developer. There she managed multiple commercial development projects for a nationally known retail tenant. Her background in development, sales, and marketing give Hayley a very unique and valuable viewpoint when listing and purchasing homes.
